Enterprise Connections Hired to Integrate LifeLock into Symantec

Enterprise Connections was called upon to lead the M&A IT integration program including IT project due diligence of LifeLock. Our Program Manager conducted IT infrastructure and application evaluations to develop a roadmap to integrate the acquired companies. We directed a team to execute the infrastructure and application migration from hosted data centers to AWS and Symantec’s data center. Enterprise Connections also consulted to build out new office space including new IDF space, structured cabling, and deployment of Cisco network and voice infrastructure. Enterprise Connections successfully integrated the employees and infrastructure of LifeLock into Symantec without disruption for the millions of LifeLock members.

Enterprise Connections leads development of hybrid cloud infrastructure for First Republic Bank

Enterprise Connections was called upon by First Republic Bank, a banking and wealth management company with over $100 billion in assets, to lead the research and development of a hybrid cloud infrastructure to support the continued growth of the bank. The project provided for automating server deployments in both a private cloud as well as hybrid cloud models that integrated with their Service Now service catalog, allowing workloads to be shifted between the private data centers and the public cloud infrastructure. The new Infrastructure as a Service developed streamlined the processing of Windows and Linux server provisioning reducing time to deployment to under 1 hour.

Enterprise Connections Relocates Data Center Operations for Sony

Sony Pictures Entertainment in Culver City, California, a global motion picture and television production company with over $7 billion in revenue, engaged Enterprise Connections to migrate and consolidate their enterprise systems from multiple data centers to one location. Enterprise Connections developed a plan to minimize outages during the transition and help the company reduce annual operating costs by 40 percent.

Enterprise Connections Develops an Integration Framework for Sony

Sony called upon Enterprise Connections to develop a framework that could be used in the early stages of a start-up or acquisition in order for them to better plan and estimate costs associated with integrating a new company. Enterprise Connections drafted a process that focused on the integration of systems including: network, voice, e-mail, data center, client computing, and applications to help Sony gain the most consistency and efficiency while expanding their company.

Enterprise Connections upgrades Sony studio network infrastructure

Sony engaged Enterprise Connections to increase their network scalability across the studio lot and throughout the campus to allow for higher throughput for production and post-production units. Enterprise Connections upgraded facilities to accommodate new Cisco Nexus network equipment as well as coordinate multiple circuit installations for redundancy across the wide area network.

Enterprise Connections provides Project Management to Children's Hospital in Los Angeles

Children's Hospital, Los Angeles (CHLA), one of the best pediatric medical centers in the world, hired Enterprise Connections to provide them with superior project management expertise for their New Hospital Building Project. Enterprise Connections was responsible for the the setup, delivery, and vendor management of the Philips patient monitoring system integrating with Cerner's Electronic Medical Record System. We were also tasked with the deployment and validation of a hospital-wide automated temperature monitoring system to accurately record temperature sensitive medicines in their Lab, Pharmacy, and Blood Bank as well as on each unit. Enterprise Connections prior expertise in disaster planning was also utilized when CHLA engaged us to manage the implementation of disaster communications for the entire new facility. Enterprise Connections was also called upon to evaluate and recommend the deployment of RFID technologies as well as test and deploy smart phone and paging technologies as secondary notification systems for patient care. Upon completion, CHLA's Chief Technology Officer said, "Enterprise Connections did a great job of managing complex aspects of hospital systems that integrate with IT and had a firm grasp of the nuances that would make the project a success.
